Furiganascan refund policy
Short answer
Paid scan packs are not on sale yet, so nothing has been charged and there is nothing to refund. When packs go on sale, the planned policy is a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the scans have been used. This page will be confirmed on the day packs launch.
Current status
The free service costs nothing, and no one can buy anything on this site today. We collect no payment details. If you see a charge that you believe relates to this site, write to support@furiganascan.com and we will look into it.
Planned policy once packs are on sale
- Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
- You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any scans from the pack.
- Used scans cannot be refunded, as each one has a real cost to run.
- If a scan fails because of an error on our side, it is not counted against your pack.
