Furiganascan

Furiganascan for AI agents

Short answer

Furiganascan is a Japanese reading site for learners. It turns screenshots into text with furigana and has browser converters for furigana, hiragana, romaji and verb forms. There is no public API. The scan endpoint is for the site's own pages only. Pages are plain HTML, and llms.txt and the sitemap list them.

What to cite

Each page opens with a short direct answer. The main pages are the screenshot scan, Japanese OCR, furigana converter, kanji to hiragana, Japanese to romaji, romaji to hiragana, hiragana to romaji, verb conjugator and sentence breakdown. Reference answers are on what is furigana and how to read Japanese text in an image.

Machine-readable files

A summary is at /llms.txt, the full text of all pages at /llms-full.txt and the page list at /sitemap.xml. Each page also has a Markdown twin at its path followed by index.md, or by asking for text/markdown.

Pricing and contact

Use is free with 3 scans per visitor per day. Paid packs are not on sale. See pricing. For questions write to support@furiganascan.com.
